For my BUYERS, I understand the concept of the American Dream and I pride myself on helping that dream come true, by making each transaction as smooth as possible which is the most important aspect for my clients and the most rewarding aspect of my business. To be an honest, trustworthy person and one who understands that buyers needs are much different from a seller is so important.                                     

For my SELLERS, it is understanding that they may still be emotionally attached to their home, or need to move on either into a smaller property or have a necessity to sell regardless. Helping them achieve their goal of moving on is also something I pride myself in being able to help with, whether it is a regular sale or a short sale, I help with every aspect from beginning to SOLD.          

I obtained my San Diego Real Estate licence in 2004 after working in the San Diego Unified School District, and my love of teaching helps me to understand that my clients need not only someone to help them find a house, but who will guide them through the whole process as a trusted agent and friend.
